My coursework in  the specialty areas of grief and loss has prepared me to walk alongside you in your grief journey.  We all experience many different types of loss throughout our lives. Grief is a normal, natural,  and necessary response following a personal and significant loss. There is no timetable or “right” way to grieve. Grieving is a process as unique as every individual who experiences it. We will  explore coping strategies and who you are becoming in this season of life.
